Guidebook Cover Design Contest

It’s the 10 year anniversary of Daisho Con! We really want to make this a special event for our congoers! This year we are offering a wonderful opportunity for all you creative Daisho Con fans – you are in charge of designing the front cover of our guidebook!

How it works

The past few years of Daisho Con, we have offered an Art Room in our convention space for creatives to escape the hustle and bustle of the convention and just create art! We also like to bring our art supplies on the road when we have a table at other conventions, to let congoers create little sketches for us. Over the years, we have accumulated a lot of drawings from you, our fans! And that got us thinking – how can we make this even better for year 10? It’s now our chance to give back, and let you create something really fantastic!

We want Daisho Con fans to create the cover of our 2017 guidebook. To help you get started, we will provide a handful of resources to help inspire and guide you through the process. After you’ve designed the coolest guidebook cover ever seen to mankind, you will submit your design through our form below. After submissions close, we will review all of the entries and vote on the winning design. The artist of the winning guidebook cover design will receive two VIP weekend badges for you and a friend to Daisho Con 2017, as well as an art print of your design! If you have already purchased your badges, you will be reimbursed for them.
