The Action Room is Daisho Con’s go-to place for fighting your friends with the foamiest swords, shields, and arrows around. We offer training in all the rules and techniques of foam-based battle and the equipment required to head into your first or fiftieth fight; combatants of all skill levels are welcome.

cosplay island

Cosplay Island is Daisho Con’s main place to hang out, cosplay, and take the best pictures! Featured in the room is a scaled down replica of our Cosplay Contest Stage, which allows cosplayers a place to practice their moves or poses for cameras. Communal seating through the room allows everyone to relax with friends and see great cosplays.

quiet rooms

Introverts unite! Is the power and energy of the convention too much for you sometimes? No worries! We want to take care of our people who like a little quiet time amidst the chaos. Enjoy our quiet rooms where you can find a place for you. All are welcome to our Art Room where we encourage attendees to connect with their creative side by providing crafts and art supplies. Look for the occasional Bob Ross tutorial and soft music in there. For those who like to take a break with a book, please enjoy our Manga Library! Rent a volume of your favorite manga or try something new. We only ask that attendees be respectful of others in these spaces and keep volume low for those who need the quiet.
